The first time we meet, we will discuss your objectives, questions, and expectations about the selling process. We will discuss preliminary ideas for pricing, review the Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) for your property I prepared and what we need to do to prepare your house.
Once you decide you are ready, we will review and sign a standard Listing Agreement along and the mandatory disclosure forms. I will coordinate completion of house prep tasks and arrange for any necessary inspections.
